Had a negative experience with the clinic today. Two weeks ago I called in and asked how to transfer my x rays. I followed instructions and got my previous dental clinic to send my x rays to this one. I went to my appointment today for the exam. My time got wasted because they 'lost it somewhere in their system'. Could not do an exam today, my time got wasted and had to reschedule.
